Ride Overview

May 31 - June 5
Follow historical roads and live American history as you leave the National Memorial Parade on your way to your final destination of Virginia Beach. Along the way, you will pass by Mt. Vernon, the home of our Founding Father and first President George Washington, the famous civil war battlefields of Manassas or Bull Run as the North called it, Fredericksburg, Mechanicsville, and the capitol of the Confederacy - Richmond.

As you wind your way though the heart of the Confederacy, suddenly you will find yourself in Colonial America and the settlements of Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown stopping in the heart of the largest military bases in the U.S.

The event ends with a USO sponsored VIP concert experience and community event.

The rides will be limited to 200 participants with a minimum $3000 donation. Your $75 registration fee is applied to your fundraising goal. All injured veterans ride for free. There is an active duty Military or VA employee discount. The riders will receive a Ride 2 Recovery jersey, socks, and T-shirt. The donation will also include hotel housing, limited rider support, luggage transportation (70lbs max), daily route guides, marked course, rest stops, snacks, meals. There may also be nighttime entertainment on selected evenings.
