Back by popular demand!  Beginning in New Orleans, the Gulf Coast Challenge will take you along the historic Gulf of Mexico all the way to Panama City, Florida before taking a left hand turn to the Apalachicola National Forest and on to the State Capitol of Tallahassee.

The rides will be limited to 200 participants with a minimum $3,000 donation. Your $75 registration fee is applied to your fundraising goal. All healing heroes ride for free. There is an active duty Military or VA employee discount of 50%.

The Participant riders will receive a Ride 2 Recovery jersey, socks, and T-shirt. The donation will also include hotel housing, limited rider support, luggage transportation (70lbs max), daily route guides, marked course, rest stops, snacks, meals. There may also be nighttime entertainment on selected evenings.

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER ONLINE!  Wounded Warriors please note:  Your online registration does not guarantee you a slot on the ride.  Wounded Warrior participation is by invitation only.  Contact your R2R Project Manager with any questions.

This ride is a Category "D" (not as difficult)

Invitational Criteria may be based on one or more of the following:

1. Category (difficulty) of the ride

2. Participant's ability to successfully complete the ride

3. Participant's past history on R2R Challenges

4. Participation in Project Hero or Strava

5. Fundraising

 ONE DAY RIDER PACKAGES:

$75 - Standard Rider Package: Includes event t-shirt, mechanical support, and hydration/snacks

$200 - DELUXE Rider Package: Includes event t-shirt, mechanical support, hydration/snacks, "goodie bag", water bottle, pair of R2R socks and limited edition R2R event jersey

$450 - Overnight DELUXE Rider package: Price includes event t-shirt, mechaincal support, hydration/snacks, "goodie bag", water bottle, pair of R2R socks and limited edition event jersey. Hotel included at host hotel (double occupancy, based on availability) the night before the ride. Dinner is also included with priority access to all nightly events.

$600 - Overnight DELUXE Rider Package with Transportation: Price includes event t-shirt, mechanical support, hydration/snacks, "goodie bag", water bottle, pair of R2R socks, and limited edition event jersey. Hotel included at host hotel (double occupancy, based on availability) the night before the ride. Dinner is also included with the veterans with priority access to all nightly events. After event, transportation will be provided back to the ride start.
